How does the virtual clinic work?
Further to the very recent news regarding the Coronavirus, we at Southdowns have updated our booking system to include video calls at our virtual clinic. This will enable you to schedule a consultation via your computer or smart phone.

Or you can call us on 033 022 02000 to schedule this video appointment.

Please use the link to access our virtual clinic.

Chose your clinician to join their virtual clinic. If you chose the wrong clinician then you will not be seen by your clinician in the virtual clinic.

This can be accessed from your computer or from a smart phone at the time advised.

You can access the virtual clinic up to 10 mins before your appointment time if you want to 'trial run!

After clicking the link you will be requested to and enter your name.

Your Doctor will be able to see when you are waiting and will open the video consultation when available.

What if I need a prescription?

Following your consultation, we can send prescriptions to our partner pharmacy who can then send any medications directly to your door by post.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Making time for your health

At Southdowns we believe that giving our patients time to discuss their health is a critical factor in good health.

Our consultations are unhurried, allowing us to fully explore your concerns and talk through any issues you want to discuss.

Patient Confidentiality

We do not share any information about our clients with anyone else, unless you give expressed permission. Unlike the NHS we operate an “opt-in” policy regarding data sharing, meaning that unless told otherwise we will not share your details with any third parties.
