Vaccinations with Southdowns Private Healthcare
We offer a range of vaccinations to suit your needs, with consulting rooms in Emsworth on the border of Hampshire and Sussex along with flexible appointment times we make it as simple as possible to get vaccinated and to protect your health.
Vaccines offer protection from a range of diseases by introducing a tiny amount of the virus or bacteria with its pathogenicity (its ability to make you ill) removed but its immunogenicity (its ability to induce an immune response) intact. This enables your body to create antibodies to protect you should you come into contact with the virus or bacteria again.
Our most popular vaccines are:
- Pneumonia
- Flu
- Chicken pox
- MMR
- Cervical cancer
- HPV vaccination for boys and girls
